Ladies and Gentlemen, the next meal is.... (drumroll)
SHEPHERD'S PIE!!
Well, technically it's not Shepherd's Pie. Shepherd's Pie is made with lamb.
I, personally, do not like lamb. I think it tastes like a sheep smells.
But, what I WILL be making is Cottage Pie. Same thing, but with beef instead of lamb.
Now, I won't be able to say how it turned out until Sunday. We're having a room mate dinner and it's internationally themed.
How handy it fits right into my project.
So, I'll be pre-assembling it, then doing the final bake on Sunday after church.
