Ladies and Gentlemen, (all three of you who actually read this...) the Shepherd's Pie was a major success!
Well, once again, technically Cottage Pie, but it was a success none the less.
I made it with a traditional English recipe and, although the potatoes could have used more salt, it was really good and not that difficult. It also fed a lot more people than I thought it would, which was very encouraging.
